You didn't go to school to learn QuickBooks. You went to school to help people.
And you’re doing it! But somewhere between a growing caseload and a life that doesn't stop, the business side of your practice became its own full-time job.
Does any of this sound familiar?
Your practice is growing, but somehow there's less time than ever.
You've hit a ceiling on patients because admin tasks are eating the hours you'd need to see more, but you're not even sure you can afford to bring someone on to help.
Tax season is its own special kind of stress. Your books are messy (or missing), and every April you scramble, hoping you set enough aside.
The money is coming in, but your bank balance tells a different story.
You're working harder than you ever have and still feel like you can't get ahead financially.
Nobody taught you this stuff, so you're not sure if you're doing it right. And that uncertainty follows you around more than you'd like to admit.
Here's what I want you to know: None of this means you're bad at business.
It means you're a caregiver running a business without the financial support you actually need.
And that’s exactly why I'm here.
my goal is to help you…
Actually understand your numbers each month.
01
With simple monthly reports to show you exactly what came in and what went out, you’ll know where your money is going.
Feel prepared for tax season.
02
Your books are organized, your tax savings are set aside, and you hand everything off to your CPA without a scramble.
Have the mental space to be present with both your patients and your family.
03
Less financial stress means more presence with your patients, your family, and yourself.
Make financial decisions for your business from a place of clarity.
04
When you can see your financial picture clearly, you can make intentional decisions for your business instead of just reacting.
Introducing
Monthly bookkeeping designed specifically for your private practice.
I offer specialized monthly bookkeeping for women in private practice. Every process, report, and conversation is designed around the way your practice operates, so you get financial clarity that's actually useful. (Not just a list of numbers you don't know what to do with.)
choose from 3 levels of support
Hi, I'm Brenna!
Bookkeeper, CPA & Mom of 3
I know what it looks like to be the capable one who has it mostly together… until it's 10pm, the dishwasher's still full, your brain's still spinning from a full day of caring for others, and QuickBooks is glaring at you from your to-do list.
It’s a lot! But that’s where I come in.
I help women in wellness simplify their finances so they can focus on the work (and life) they love. With clean books, calm systems, and reports that actually make sense, you'll feel confident in your numbers and free to be present everywhere else.

There's never a wrong time to hire a bookkeeper.
If keeping up with your books always falls to the bottom of your list (or doesn’t make the list at all), you’re not alone — and you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re overwhelmed, playing catch-up, or unsure where your numbers stand, it’s a good time to get help.
Working with a bookkeeper means staying on top of your finances, paying yourself with confidence, and spending more time doing the work you love!
-
Yes! Together, we're a powerful team!
Your CPA focuses on tax strategy and filing in line with current laws. They rely on accurate, up-to-date books to do their job well.As your bookkeeper, I track your day-to-day finances, reconcile accounts, and deliver clear reports so you can make confident decisions year-round. And when tax season rolls around, everything’s organized and ready to hand off.

Not to worry! Running a business is exciting, but keeping up with your business finances can feel overwhelming which is why I'm here!

I support women running their own health-focused practices: therapists, chiropractors, SLPs, doulas, nutritionists, and other practitioners. If you’re caring for others through your work and want to take bookkeeping off your plate, I'd love to help so you can get back to what you do best.
